Engineer. Operator. Builder.

I'm Oriku Bamidele — an independent automation engineer. For the last five years I've been designing the pipelines, agents, and dashboards that let small teams operate like much larger ones.

I work with a small number of founders and ops leads at a time. The goal is never "more tools" — it's fewer humans doing rote work, and cleaner signals for the decisions that matter.

How I Work

Three principles.

01

Deterministic first.

Automations should be boring — reproducible, observable, and rollback-safe.

02

Own the pipeline.

No-code where it's reliable, custom code where it's not. Never bolted on.

03

Ship the interface.

An automation nobody can see or trigger is a liability, not a system.

Timeline

Five years, one thesis.

2020
Started Building

Left agency work to focus on custom automation for founder-led teams. First stack: Zapier, Airtable, and a lot of Python glue.

2022
Went AI-Native

Integrated GPT-3.5 into production workflows for a fintech client — replaced a 4-person triage team with a graded agent pipeline.

2023
Data & BI Practice

Formalised the analytics side of the studio. Built the Xeronett dashboard framework used by five ops teams across two continents.

2024
Autonomous Agents

Shipped 12+ production agents on Claude, GPT-4, and open models. Reliability, observability, and cost control as first-class concerns.

2025
Studio Mode

Selective engagements only. Deep, retained work with a small roster of operators building the next thing.
