/ Process

Four phases. Four weeks.

From first call to owned system — how I run every engagement, and why the average project ships in four weeks or less.

01
Discovery
Week 0 · 3 days

Map the workflow.

One paid working session. We whiteboard the current process, tag every manual step, and rank by cost + risk. You get the map even if we don't work together.

02
Blueprint
Week 1 · 5 days

Design the system.

Data model, tool selection, integration points, and rollout plan. Includes a written spec, cost estimate, and success metrics we'll both hold each other to.

03
Build
Weeks 2–3

Ship in vertical slices.

One working slice every Friday. Real data, real users, no staging theater. You approve each slice before we move to the next.

04
Handoff
Week 4

Transfer ownership.

Full documentation, runbook, and a two-hour walkthrough with your team. 30 days of embedded support after go-live.

/ Operating Principles

How I run the engagement.

Two meetings a week.

Fridays. 30 minutes. Async everywhere else — Slack, Loom, and the shared doc.

No black boxes.

You own the code, the credentials, and the vendor relationships. If I get hit by a bus, your team keeps running.

Kill scope before deadline.

When a decision is between shipping smaller or shipping later, we ship smaller. Every time.

Measure before optimizing.

Every system logs execution time, cost, and error rate from day one. If we can't prove it improved, it didn't.
